Return Policy/Exchange Policy

McCaskillandCompany.com will accept items for exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving shipment. Item(s) must be unworn and returned in new and original condition/packaging. All sale items and special orders are final and non-returnable/exchangeable. Item(s) can be exchanged for another item or issued a Store Credit that can be used online or in store on a future purchase. Store Credits have no expiration date. Returns/exchanges will not be refunded the shipping charge of the original order and exchanges will be subject to shipping charges.

A Return Authorization # MUST be obtained before returning any items(s). To receive your RA#, please call Wendy or Jodi at McCaskill & Company (850-650-2262) or email sales@mccaskillandcompany.com. For your security, please send merchandise back via a traceable carrier within a well-padded box. McCaskill & Company is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

If merchandise arrives damaged or defective, please contact McCaskill & Company (850-650-2262) or email sales@mccaskillandcompany.com immediately upon receipt of your damaged package.
