A native of Atlanta, Georgia, designer Sara Weinberger always found herself drawn to creative pursuits.  After honing her creative eye working with prominent Atlanta photographer Sandee O., Sara settled in Honolulu  Inspired by the beauty of Hawaii, Sara began designing her opulent, hand stitched leather hot album, and eventually her exclusive line of jewelry.  When approached by the country’s premier retailer, Sara knew she was on to something.  Since Kala’s launch, the line has become a favorite of VIP’s and those with discerning taste across the country.  Her designs feature exotic baroque pearls on leather with pave’ diamond and precious gem beads.  Sara, and by extension Kala, continue to evolve while remaining true to the roots of which Kala was born.
